Stop receiving a mailing
Use the unsubscribe link in a message from that mailing list. It identifies your subscription. Visiting this page alone does not change any subscription.
Need help or want different topics?
Email Stephen from the address receiving the messages. State whether you want to stop all updates, stop a particular list, or change your topics or details. Do not include passwords. Your request must be sent; opening your email app does not unsubscribe you automatically.
