Scope and contact
Stephen Suzman operates this personal website. This notice covers the website and explains its relationship to the separately hosted signup service. This website does not receive newsletter form submissions.
Information you choose to provide
The linked CRM signup page requests a name and email address and offers optional phone, address and interest fields. Share only the optional information you want to provide. Political interests can be sensitive. Emailing Stephen sends your address, message and anything you include to his email service.
Newsletter and contact management
The CRM manages subscription information and can synchronize contacts and subscription status with Brevo for email delivery. The signup service uses Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention. Newsletter links may record opens and clicks through the sending platform; privacy tools and automated scanners can affect those measurements. Joining the mailing list does not register you for an event.
Website measurement
This website uses a separate Cloudflare Analytics Engine dataset for aggregate page views, reading engagement, navigation, language, broad screen-size groups and outbound actions. Only approved page names and campaign labels are accepted. We do not send form contents, contact details, full URLs, IP addresses or persistent visitor identifiers to this dataset. Counts indicate actions, not unique people or completed off-site registrations or contributions. Cloudflare Web Analytics is not enabled on this website.
Storage, providers and retention
Your browser stores language, appearance and optional measurement choices locally. No advertising cookies, advertising pixels or fingerprinting are used by this website. Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and necessarily processes connection information to deliver it. Analytics Engine currently retains measurement records for approximately three months. CRM, email and opt-out records have separate operational retention; a fixed deletion schedule has not yet been established for this site.
Choices and requests
You can turn optional website measurement off using Privacy Choices. We also honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track for this measurement. Use the unsubscribe link in a newsletter to stop that mailing, or email Stephen for help, corrections, access or deletion requests. We may retain information needed to honor opt-outs. Available legal rights depend on your location and the law that applies.
External destinations and security
Registration and contribution links take you to independent providers such as GiveGreen, Oath and ActBlue. Their privacy notices govern information you submit there. Calendar providers receive event details when you choose their links. We do not receive your payment details through this website. No system can promise absolute security; please do not email passwords, financial credentials or other unnecessary sensitive information. Material changes to this notice will be reflected in its update date.
